How to Reconstitute Peptides
- Allow the peptide vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature before mixing.
- Using a sterile syringe, slowly inject the calculated volume of bacteriostatic water down the inside wall of the vial — do not spray directly onto the powder.
- Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved. Do not shake vigorously as this can damage the peptide structure.
- Once reconstituted, use the calculator above to determine the correct injection volume for your desired dose.
Storage Tips
- Store unreconstituted peptides in a freezer (−20 °C) for long-term storage, or refrigerated (2–8 °C) for short-term use.
- Reconstituted peptides should always be refrigerated at 2–8 °C and used within 30 days.
- Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles — aliquot into smaller portions if needed.
- Keep vials away from direct light and excessive heat.
