Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@velorpeptide.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product. Verified delivery issues may be resolved by replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Refused Deliveries and Customs Issues
Orders refused by the recipient, blocked by local regulations, or delayed/seized by customs are not eligible for return or refund. Customers are solely responsible for confirming local legality before purchase.
